This wine is a project developed by Raúl Pérez in collaboration with his friend and colleague Rodrigo Méndez in Galicia. The albariño wine is made with grapes from the Val do Salnés, in the Rías Baixas.
Designation of Origin: D.O. Rías Baixas
First, it denotes an intense aroma of unripe apples on the nose and then it leaves memories of citrus fruits (grapefruit skin), eucalyptus and a peach finish.
Its entry on the palate is sweet. It is a glyceric wine, with a good acidity that, without marking excessively, gives a freshness to the wine that causes the need to enjoy another sip.
